One of those special products is our newest Eaten Alive Aged Fermented Champagne Hot Sauce. And we have just produced divine-looking, new printed labels for it! The chillies for this sauce have undergone an extended period of fermentation to develop infinite complexity before blending with the finest fermented citrus and sherry barrel-aged champagne vinegar. All topped with exceptional grower Champagne.
The Aji Limon chilli used for this sauce is revered for its intense citrus characteristics, equally alluring and aromatic. Its low yield concentrates the flavour and defines its opulence.

Labels were printed digitally on high-quality synthetic material, to offer a better customer experience. The labels will remain intact in the humid environment of the fridge.
