The DWR Round Semi-Automatic Label applicator from Etiquette is primarily used for labelling cylindrical products such as bottles, jars, pots and tubes. The DWR Round can accept labels of up to and including 200mm width, the roller can be adjusted to any core type which can accept label rolls of up to 300mm in diameter, therefore reducing downtime. This flexible and versatile applicator can also apply wraparound or individual front and back labels to all types of cylindrical packaging.
The DWR Round is perfect for labelling products in medium volumes, on demand giving you a high output and increasing production. The key to this machines flexibility is its three roller application system, which pinches the product, holding it accurately between two lower and one upper roller to ensure both a smooth and accurate rotation as the label is fed on to the product.
