The dedicated dairy team at the Bodnant Food Centre have developed the “Aber” cheese Range, Welsh for estuary, Including, Aberwen – White, Abergoch – Red and Abermwg – Smoked, Cloth bound and matured in the cheese stores to develop the characteristic flavour and attractive traditional rind.
Bodnant approached Etiquette to produce labels for their signature range of homemade cheeses, which would adhere to the EU FIC Food Labelling Legislation.
