Internal Sales Advisor

The Internal Sales Advisor acts as the first point of contact with our customers, portraying a professionalism and confidence that ensures we deliver unrivalled customer service, build and maintain our active customer base and develop new business.

Attention to detail is of paramount importance, as is an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work accurately and at speed under pressure. Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential, together with good all-round computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Main Duties

  • Pro-active sales of self adhesive labels and product related lines
  • Develop existing accounts and seek out new business
  • Effectively deal with inbound telephone and email enquiries
  • Efficient follow-up of quotations and sales leads
  • Ensure successful orders are actioned and processed appropriately

Experience

  • Relevant experience in a Sales/Telesales role
  • Experience of working in an office-based environment
  • Technical Sales experience would be an advantage

This is a full time role. Hours of work are Monday-Friday from 8.30am - 5pm

Production Administrator

If you are looking for an interesting career in a fast-moving, friendly office environment, helping to look after customers requirements, where no two days are the same, then this might be the job for you. You must have some office experience, and be happy to talk to customers on the telephone. The job is NOT ALL FILING!! You must have some familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications, and you need to be comfortable with numbers.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of orders placed by customers throughout the UK, ensuring deliveries are met and customer expectations managed in a professional manner. Attention to detail is important, as is and excellent telephone manner and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Previous experience in an office environment is an advantage.

This is a full time role. Hours of work are Monday-Friday from 8.30am - 5pm
