Situated on the Isle of Guernsey is Hansen’s Grab ‘n’ Go sandwich bar, a firm favourite with local residents, passers-by and holiday makers. Selling gourmet burgers, baguettes, sandwiches, sausages rolls and refreshments to name but a few things they offer. Hansen’s approached Etiquette to produce a versatile label that could be used on a wide range of products, but also be used as a seal on various types of packaging. We were able to do this by using our decades of experience in the labelling industry to construct a label with a special shape allowing the label to be folded over ridges or packaging ends to act as a seal to protect the product inside. These labels were printed using the latest industry technology and finished with an over-pintable varnish that allows the end user to print variable information on the label such as product names, ingredients, barcodes and price.
