The DWR Round is a semi-automatic labelling machine for the application of self-adhesive labels to cylindrical products. This advanced machine can apply wraparound labels in addition to front and back labels from 15 to 200mm wide of speeds up to 250mm/sec. The built-in electronic controller can store the parameters for up to 40 different products for rapid setup and maximum efficiency within the workplace. Labels are detected using a fork photocell, which reads the transparency; an ultrasound sensor which reads the thickness is available for when transparent labels are used and can also be equipped with an inkjet marker with HP technology for printing variable data such as date and time, barcodes and text.
