Allergen Awareness

If you want to ensure that your customers do not suffer an allergic reaction whilst using or consuming your products you will need to raise awareness of the ingredients or even chemicals used in the making of your product. Product labels need to make customers aware of potential allergen risks from the outset. Before the consumer purchases the product in question, the label should be informative about any potential allergy risks. This may be difficult simply because there are so many allergens found in household products. A business can’t control how people will use their products after purchase, but an informative label can help prevent any allergic reactions, if this is clearly stated on the label. If companies produce a product that may trigger an allergic reaction, it could be in their best interest to make it apparent to customers as to avoid any negative experiences for the end consumer.
