Types of label dispensers

There are basically two big groups of label dispensers in the market, the manual and the electric ones. The first group is designed to be used at home or to work in small business processes. Basically, this first group need to be used by human employees, this means they cannot operate automatically. Manual label dispensers do not have a power supply that provides them with autonomy of any kind. Of course, price of these dispensers is low when compared with their more sophisticated counterparts. Electric label dispensers are more advanced models and they have a power supply that allows them to have autonomy and to operate automatically if required in the process they are involved.

This kind of dispensers contains a lot of gadgets in order to work alone. For example, most models come with a variety of sensors that allow them to know when a label finishes and starts another. This is critical for the operation of the dispenser because labels need to be perfectly cut to be attached to products. Also, bigger electric models of label dispensers are designed to work continuously and without interruptions, so their power sources are designed to resist heavy duty processes without breaking apart.

Of course, price for these models surpasses by far the price of the first and simpler models. Nevertheless, they provide a great variety of possibilities for your industrial processes.  Industrial label dispensers can also be designed specifically following your instructions. This is in case the standard models you find in the market are not suitable for your purposes. Although this is very unlikely, it is a possibility and you should consider it. Of course, personalized dispensers are even more expensive and you should choose this option only if there is no other alternative to your dilemma, otherwise, just use the standard models.
